Needs Assessment
  • Conduct an initial assessment to understand the current skill levels required to carry out the specific works and identify areas needing improvement for each candidate. 
  • Determine the baseline knowledge of workplace health and safety, communication skills, compliance understanding, and quality control awareness.
Curriculum Development
  • Design a curriculum tailored to the specific needs of the unskilled personnel. 
  • Create modules covering workplace health and safety, effective communication, compliance regulations, and standardized work methods for quality control.
Training Delivery
  • Implement a combination of in-person training sessions, workshops, and hands-on practical exercises.
  • Engage team leaders and mentors who can provide guidance and answer questions throughout the program.
Ongoing Assessment
  • Regularly assess the progress of participants using assignments, practical tests, and workplace simulations.
  • Use assessment results to identify areas that need additional focus and to track individual improvement. (Develop score card)
Practical Application
  • Incorporate real-world scenarios and case studies related to workplace health and safety, compliance challenges, communication in various contexts, and quality control in the industry.
Soft Skills Training
  • Integrate modules on soft skills such as teamwork, time management, problemsolving, and adaptability to enhance overall employability
Mentoring and Feedback
  • Assign mentors who can provide personalized guidance and feedback to personnel, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence. (weekly- fortnightly meet)
Practical Experience
  • Capture on-the-job training to provide participants with work records and improvement opportunities using the score card
Progress Tracking
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of each participant’s progress, showcasing improvements and achievements. (score card)
Gradual Responsibility Increase
  • Gradually expose participants to more responsibilities and tasks aligned with their learning progress, boosting their confidence and competence.
  • Provide opportunities for leadership roles by rotating position type
Mock Interviews and Resume Building
  • Conduct mock interviews to prepare participants for full-time employment interviews.
  • Offer guidance in developing effective resumes highlighting their newly acquired skills.
Graduation and Transition
  • Celebrate the successful completion of the program and create a review of the learning experience from start to finish to highlight the new skills acquired.
  • Help to facilitate the transition to full-time employment by connecting participants with job openings within your organization or industry partners.
Evaluation and Improvement
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the program and gather feedback from participants to make necessary improvements for future programs that may be eligible for similar programs
